Our Local History and Genealogy materials are housed on the second floor of the Main Library. While our collection focuses on the rich history of Tuscaloosa County, we have a wealth of resources detailing the history of the state of Alabama, and the Southern Region of the United States.

We also have a number of electronic resources, including Ancestry.com (only available onsite), and Heritage Quest.
