The Gates-Davis Computer Lab is provided thanks to generous donations from the Gates Foundation and Ella Davis.

Help  — Our Computer Lab monitors will be happy to assist you! Someone should be seated behind the lab monitor desk.

Rules  —  Patrons must have a valid Tuscaloosa Public Library card in order to use the computer lab. If all computers are in use, we may impose a 60 minute time limit.

Internet Access  —  We provide free access to the internet.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that all Web page features will work. The web is a complex, ever changing environment, and our security programs could prevent access to some Internet sites, applications, and features. 

Supported Microsoft Office Applications  —  We support: Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, and Access.

Printing Costs  —  Prints are 10 Cents per page. Pay at the lab monitor desk.
