The Tuscaloosa Public Library takes pride in serving the Tuscaloosa community. Interested in working with us? Read on and fill out our request form! Please direct questions to outreach@tuscaloosa-library.org.

The Bookmobile brings the library directly to you! We visit daycare centers, schools, community locations and senior living facilities, ensuring everyone has access to materials, even if they can’t make it to the library.

Want to bring your students or community group to the library? The Main Library and Weaver Bolden Branch are excited to host your tour!

 

Tour activities vary by age and group size but typically include:

  • Elementary Storytime Tour: Features a storytime, a fun “get-to-know-the-library” activity, and library card sign-up.
  • Middle + High School Library Tour: Includes a ” get-to-know-the-library” activity, an overview of our resources, and library card sign-up.

Looking for engaging programs that support student learning? We offer a range of programs for students from daycare to high school that focus on literacy and technology. All programs are designed to meet curriculum standards.
